I found it shy and I wouldn't touch it now.
If you do open it and pour a glass and let the rest of the bottle rest for half an hour or so. It might work.

David's wine are however very emotional. Take the 2004 Artiste - it too was completely closed 2 years ago, but have now shined for almost a year.

I will report if I taste the 2004 Apôtre.

Enjoy the weekend.

Best from,
ThomasThomashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02092972086667650035noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5367424679032651122.post-82901156210924394752011-06-10T23:31:10.213+02:002011-06-10T23:31:10.213+02:00Hello Thomas

Your tastes in wine are bang on with my personal preferences and it is like I am reviewing the selections since they usually mirror my exact thoughts. My question is have you tried the 2004 L'Apotre lately? I have quite a bit of it resting in the cellar and like you feel that it has been in a closed state for a while. I would really enjoy hearing if you have tasted it recently and how it is showing.

Cheers

StephenAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
