I have low alcohol tolerance due to various health issues, so drinking alone is a better for me as I can take my time sipping and contemplating. Nothing better than working through a bottle in two days to see how it evolves.

Having said that, the delight being introduced to new wines in good company is priceless. I also enjoy hearing my friend's observations about the wine that I have shared...sometimes they find the perfect discriptors that I could't quite figure out. Any wine discovered in a group tasting is enjoyed again solo...an interesting experiment to compare impressions in two different settings.

Thanks for describing so accurately and beautiful, the challenges of drinking in a group versus in solitude.Maryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03526712164550916645noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5367424679032651122.post-60657422871114414782014-11-20T12:25:19.181+01:002014-11-20T12:25:19.181+01:00Cool post! Just a matter of different ambience.Johannhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02394926638368702260noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5367424679032651122.post-61997635045091506882014-11-12T07:31:41.867+01:002014-11-12T07:31:41.867+01:00do you know where can i buy wine online?do you know where can i buy wine online?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17443201903618222287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5367424679032651122.post-80487057631023116802014-09-30T10:31:21.947+02:002014-09-30T10:31:21.947+02:00@ Erik - Sorry – I haven’t seen your comment befor...@ Erik - Sorry – I haven’t seen your comment before now. This is a top ten entry for 2014 from the Swedish wineblogosphere. Keep it up. dig deeper! Eriknoreply@blogger.com
