Not decanted - the first thing you notice in this ruby red Brunello is the alcohol. But is vanished after some time and as it stood in the glass it developed a lot of flavours . Cherry, sweet licorice, plums, raisins, blackcurrant and extremely pure ripe fruit. The taste is elegant but bold in terms of strenght and finish. Still very young there was a lot of difference from the first nosedive to the last sip of the glass, where the plum raisins flavours had the advantage.
