An extreme wine. The wine almost glued to the glass. I could have drunk the hole bottle in one sip. WILD!... the low acidity gives the wine it's character yes but what dish could match such a wine? Fois gras..no I don't think so..you need to have more alc.(only 7%) and acidity. (95)
